An urban retreat exploring tantra, embodiment, & connection.
“Intimacy isn't a luxury—it's a fundamental human need.”
We live surrounded by people yet often disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, and our communities. Between careers, technology, endless obligations, and the pace of urban life, genuine connection can become something we long for rather than something we actively cultivate. URBAN INTIMACY is a full-day retreat designed for modern humans who want more—from themselves, their relationships, and their lives. It welcomes individuals, couples, non-binary folks, polycules, and all relationship configurations, in a grounded, inclusive, and sober environment.

As the day unfolds · optional
Temple Night
As the day unfolds and trust is cultivated within the group, participants may attend an optional, carefully facilitated Temple Night. Rooted in contemporary tantric and sacred relational traditions, it offers a container for exploring presence, devotion, connection, sensuality, and authentic expression through structured practices and intentional agreements.
Always voluntary. Consent-centered. Guided with care.
Attending solo
Coming Alone? This Retreat Was Designed For You.
The most important relationship you'll ever have is the one you have with yourself.
Whether you're healing from heartbreak, navigating dating, curious about Tantra, or simply craving deeper connection, Urban Intimacy offers a rare opportunity to step out of your daily routine and into a living laboratory of human connection.
Throughout the day, you'll discover your relational patterns, explore how your nervous system responds to intimacy, practice communicating boundaries and desires, and experience what authentic connection feels like in real time. Rather than simply learning concepts, you'll embody them through carefully facilitated partner and small-group exercises with fellow participants in a consent-centered environment.
You don't need to bring a partner to transform your relationship with intimacy. Sometimes the greatest breakthroughs happen when we meet ourselves through others.
You'll leave with:
- greater self-awareness
- renewed confidence
- practical relational skills
- embodied Tantric experiences
- deeper capacity to create the love, friendships, and community you've been longing for
Attending as a couple
Coming As A Couple? Deepen The Love You've Already Built.
Every relationship develops habits. Some bring us closer. Others quietly create distance.
Urban Intimacy invites you and your partner to devote an entire day to your relationship. Through somatic practices, contemporary Tantra, conscious communication, polarity work, and guided relational exercises, you'll rediscover one another beyond the roles of partner, spouse, parent, or teammate.
You'll learn practical tools to communicate desires with honesty, cultivate emotional and physical intimacy, and reignite the curiosity that first brought you together. Along the way, you'll also witness and learn alongside a community of like-minded humans, discovering that your relationship isn't something to fix—it's something to continually nourish.
You will leave feeling more connected, more playful, more deeply attuned, and equipped with practices you'll continue long after the retreat ends.
